SWIM
The Potomac Mussels (formerly Porpoises) have been a very successful swim team for nearly 50 years. We have had numerous record-setting swimmers in our history including national, high school, and college-level swimmers. All of the coaches at PSTC are dedicated to bringing out the best swimmer in each child on the team. Head Coach Chris Schlegel has been a staple at the Club for 15+ years! His passion for the sport and enthusiasm for the team has led our swimmers to Division B in MCSL!
The Minnows program caters to our swimmers who are comfortable in the water but aren't quite ready for competitive swim. Our coaches break up the minnows into smaller group practices to give each child individual attention while learning in a group setting. Watch your child's confidence soar as they learn new skills and advance toward the competitive level!

Whether you are just getting comfortable on the diving board or ready to advance competitively, our dive team welcomes divers of all levels!

PRIVATE LESSONS
Each of our swim coaches offers 1 to 1 swim lessons throughout the summer season.
Pricing starts at $40 per 30-minute lesson.
A list of coaches and their contact information will be uploaded once the 2024 summer schedule is finalized.
