It is time to renew!

We have just transitioned to a new website.  This year all members are required to log into their account and update your membership information.

Renew before April 30 and receive a $50 dues credit. As a thank you for taking the time to update your account information all members will receive five complementary guest passes. Jump to the bottom of the page for renewal instructions.

Refer your friends!

Limited availability remains for the 2021 season.  Refer your friends and receive a $150 credit towards dues, summer camp, lessons, or at the snack stand! New member application must provide the name of the referring member on the application form.

Renewal Steps

As a result of moving to a new system ALL members are required to update their account information.

Step 1: Visit the Manage Account Page:

Step 2: Login to your account

Enter your account information:

  • Username is your email address
  • Password is: Potomac

Step 3: Change your password

Step 4: Add a credit or debit card

Step 5: Confirm your membership level 

For annual payment continue to payment and select pay online.

For monthly or check payments, select “Check”

Step 6: Add members of your household to your membership.

You may upload photos online or they will be taken for you during an open house or your first visit to the Club.
